- Q: How can I connect my iPod, iPhone or iPad to the chair?

A: To connect the HT-Connect™ app to your chair:
- 1. Plug in your chair and power it on.
- 2. Open the Bluetooth settings on your wireless device and pair your device to the chair
(NOTE: Your chair’s unique ID will be in the form of HT9500-xxxx). - 3. Start the HT-Connect™ app on your wireless device to display the home screen, then touch connect. After completing set-up you will be directed to the home screen displaying the large Start button.
- Q: Where can I fi nd the Bluetooth number for my chair?
- A: Bluetooth number is the same as the chair’s unique ID (in the form of HT9500-xxxx). This number is located on the floor panel seen from the back of the chair.
- Q: Why won’t my device connect to the chair?

A: First, make sure that the HT-Connect™ app is up-to-date by checking the updates screen in the App Store. If the app and your device operating system software are current, it is possible that the chair and device will need to be reset.
- 1. Power off the device and the chair.
- 2. Turn the power on for the chair and wait approximately 30 seconds before powering on your wireless device.
- 3. Cycle the Bluetooth setting on your device and reconnect to the chair. If you are still unable to connect to your chair, please call us at 800-355-2762 to troubleshoot further with an HT Customer Experience team member.
- Q: When I touch a spot in the Espresso Shots menu it automatically starts the massage. How do I select more than one Espresso Shot?
- A: To use multiple shots, touch the Shots icon on the home screen and then touch the icon in the lower right of the screen, which displays the three shot cups. Then touch the three spots you would like to focus on, then touch the start button to begin massage.
- Q: My laptop computer has a Bluetooth connection. Can I use that to control the chair?
- A: Although the HT-Connect™ app can be downloaded on your computer or laptop via iTunes, the program will only run on the iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad. You can review the HT-Connect™ app on your Apple device without being connected to a chair.
- Q: My family will be using the chair too. Can they save their settings as well, or can only one user save their favorite settings?
- A: As long as everyone has their own wireless device, the chair will remember the personal setting of the user. However, each user will need to pair their device independently after each use.
